It seems more likely that K will have a night waking on a B-12 night. Just wanted to remember that for future reference.
K uses wording that is new...his bedtime medicine (5HTP) is added to a tiny bit of coke and we swirl it around to make it dissolve. He always says what I've said, "shake it in." Lately, he has been dipping his fingers into the cup and I've been a little frustrated and have asked him why, not really expecting an answer and not getting one. Last night, he dipped his fingers in, looked up at me, and say, "Mixing it up."
He told his teacher, "KK fixes it himself." when she offered to help him with his train.
Our big, square bathroom is being remodeled to enlarge the closet next to it and then divided to make 2 bathrooms instead of one. Kaegan said, "the square bathroom turns into a....?" The walls weren't up or anything...he'd just known what we were planning and talking about.
Sightly more autonomous...suiting up and going outside of his own accord. Not asking for computer constantly. Choosing varying activities like listening to music and playing with his trains and reading his books, sometimes out loud.
He is better able to get a grip when he gets upset. I've noticed that low pressure outside coincides with being more edgy.
More pretending going on...sort of in a different way...hard to pinpoint the difference, but seems less rigid within his own imagination, not having to follow an exact script from a movie or story.
More controlling in the playroom, but also more attentive when he chooses to attend. Slightly more aggressive??? Not in a mean way, just like he knows he can have a say in things but doesn't know what TO say, so he gives a little push or slaps your hand away....
He gives us choices like we do him. Asking, "which one of it?"
More aware in general. Especially the day of a B-12 shot?? Maybe??
